Halimi Law provides the experience necessary to obtain an advantage in litigation. Daniel Halimi began working at the law firm D’Egidio Shah & Townsend, APC as an intern during his second-year of law school. In time, the firm promoted Mr. Halimi to Senior Associate Attorney, heading the firm’s litigation division. At the firm, Mr. Halimi became known for his exceptional research skills, in-depth knowledge of civil procedure, litigation strategies, and for prevailing on rarely-granted, dispositive court motions. During his time at the firm, Mr. Halimi was known for zealously advocating for his clients and successfully resolving complex multi-million dollar disputes against parties represented by large firms. Mr. Halimi continues to advise the firm, but now focuses his expertise at Halimi Law.

Before Halimi Law, Daniel Halimi worked as a Senior Associate Attorney at D’Egidio Shah & Townsend, APC, successfully resolving complex multi-million dollar disputes against parties represented by large firms. Mr. Halimi continues to advise the firm, but now focuses his expertise at Halimi Law. Mr. Halimi earned his Juris Doctor at California Western Law School and began interning at D’Egidio Shah & Townsend, APC during his second-year of law school. Before attending law school, Mr. Halimi attended California State University, Northridge and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Real Estate. Mr. Halimi also earned his real estate license in 2006 and has experience in both commercial and residential real estate environments. Mr. Halimi now draws from his business and real estate background in his practice of law.
Mr. Halimi is a member of the State Bar of California and a member of the San Diego County Bar Association. Mr. Halimi is admitted to practice in California and in the United States District Court for the Northern, Central, and Southern districts of California.
